2. Potency plan
In the Potency plan we take a close look at the
demands made by the market and the personal wishes of the employees. By connecting these three relevant
factors (analysis
result, market factors and wishes), defined projects for
the future are develop through the
process.
Designated employees take on the responsibility
for the separate projects and have distinct targets to be met within a set deadline.
Intermediate Result:
Within four to eight hours you have a 360° analysis
of your company. This will highlight your
current business standing and at the same time indicate
the ‘soft factors’, the emotional intelligence and personal commitment of both management and employees.
The necessary future projects are then defined for the future success and
flexibility of the company. Your team is inspired and motivated to put the designated
projects into action.
