vitAcoustic colored and highly absorbent broadband wall absorbers
Acoustics "beautiful" design with small and large-scale high-absorbing acoustic absorbers in 19 standard colors. This makes acoustic absorbers a design element - without it costing more. You design with original colored vitAcoustic sound-absorbing felt panels. 100% pollutant-free, as the fibers are already manufactured in the colors. It is NOT painted and not soaked in color. vitAcoustic is Oekotex 100, emission class E0, fire class B1 and environmentally friendly recyclable. For this purpose, light yet highly absorbent in class B according to DIN EN ISO 11654.
With these absorber elements, the vitAcoustic panels are notched onto an inwardly offset frame. The thickness of the frame determines the cavity to the reverberant surface and thus the frequency-dependent absorption according to data sheet tables. You can choose between 50, 100 and 150mm frame thickness to set the absorption levels for lower and higher tones according to your needs. The frames are made of light balsa wood, so that these wall absorbers are very light despite their size about 10-15kg. A remarkable acoustic optimized school project. Through professional consultation by Delhom acoustique the classrooms and corridors have large sound absorbing surfaces. Besides the ceiling, at least 1 wall was made with vitAcoustic wall absorbers.
Nicely integrated in the overall bamboo design by gmp · International GmbH (Architekten von Gerkan, Marg und Partner).
The target was, that the kids can calm down and concentrate better in a quite and sound optimized acoustic environment. Whoever will visit this school will hear the difference and will want to sit down for a while and relax.
This project has been a challenge for our teams, because of the very very short delivery time for 3 floors, 30x classrooms with corridor and classroom inbuilt furniture, receptions desks, library, kitchen furniture, water dispenser, acoustic flower pots in PAC and much more.
Jungheinrich HQ+SO - Ergonomic Green Bamboo Office
5 years after the furnishing of Jungheinrichs new factory, Vital-Office is again the supplier for Jungheinrichs new HQ and SO. Green bamboo desks are chosen again. Rectangular desk tops with height adjustable bases are added new. And the ergonomic saddle like WEY-chair was choosen again, but in 3rd generation technique and design. Electric installation and plug-in possibilities from top of table and from below table top was a special concern. Acoustic partitions are especially made for height adjustable stand-up desks. The acoustic panel is lifted always by the highest table top. This ensures, that all sticky notes on the screens are always available to the users on both sides.

An echo makes the use of the festival hall of the youth welfare Waldhaus / Waldhausschule in Malsch almost impossible. The echo, or the sound reflections were so high that one could understand nothing more.
How should one get together and make music here? It was impossible!
But there is some help coming: the EnBW #MacherBus not only financially supports Waldhaus Jugendhilfe with the acquisition of new sound-absorbing elements, but the EnBW makers also undertake the attachment of the elements. With the new room acoustics measure the children of the Waldhausschule can use the hall again in peace and quiet.

In order for a room acoustic measure to be calculated and assessed realistically, well-founded acoustic physical basic knowledge and practical experience is appropriate. In particular, the initial values of reality must be determined accordingly. For sensitive areas, the measurement should be carried out professionally by an acoustic expert. Alternatively, at least a provisional measurement should be performed with a phone app repeatedly. The provisional measurement serves only as a guideline for the selection of the room materials and their absorption coefficients in the acoustic calculator. Basically, any calculation without professional measurements of the initial situation is hypothetical!
Example:
Low frequencies are absorbed differently than high frequencies. Glass surfaces (Windows) or a normal office cabinet made of chipboard in different thicknesses, when you hit the resonance of the deep tones, can act for the low frequencies absorbing. However, a correct calculation is hardly possible due to the lack of measured data of the objects. On the basis of a measurement, special depth absorbers (vibrating resonators) need to be specifically set.
The calculations are based on measured data from objects and materials. Some of these are listed in the DIN 18041 exemplary. Others are taken from various sources for their correctness and conformity with the actual existing object or material there is no guarantee.
Area is important-small elements, for example, are simply overlooked by lower frequencies due to the long wavelength. Even with a-class absorbers, an adequately large absorbing surface is required in relation to the size of the room. In communication rooms, absorbers on the ceiling are sparingly and consciously dealt with. Here is more of a reflection desired!
Vital-Office therefore recommends the use of flexible acoustically effective products. Acoustic products that are divisible and easy to install and can be easily removed if necessary. This makes the investment in acoustically effective products more sustainable, more economical and more effective. For example, the VitAcoustic 3d frames. The VitAcoustic 3d frames have additional positive acoustic properties (among others on the lower frequencies) through the nested bamboo solid wood frames.

Bambus Massivholz Tischplatten und Möbelteile bieten wir nun ausschließlich aus Direktimport sehr günstig an. Die Plattenstärken 18 / 25mm wurden durch neue hochwertigere Hochkant- /Schmal-Lamellen Platten 20mm ersetzt.
Weiterhin wurde der Coffee Farbton etwas heller karbonisiert, so dass dieser neue Light Coffee Farbton dem trendigen Farbton einer Eichenplatte näherkommt.
Vorteil: Vital-Office Bambusmöbel sind eine sehr nachhaltige Anschaffung. Die speziell geölte Oberfläche der massiven Bambusplatten ist einfach vor Ort und ggf. in Eigenregie zu reparieren. Wenn die nutzungsbedingte Patina der Naturplatten nach einigen Jahren stört, können die Platten einfach und kostengünstig geschliffen und neu geölt werden, was bei furnierten, lackierten oder beschichteten Platten so nicht möglich ist. Danach sind die Bambusteile wieder wie NEU. Vital-Office und seine Vertriebspartner bieten Ihnen diesen Service auch gerne an.
Prävention, Design und Komfort: Die Vital-Office gerundeten Tischplatten werden nach wie vor preisgleich mit 3 Profilkanten angeboten. Die optionale 3D profilierte ErgoComfort Kante beugt dem Karpaltunnelsyndrom vor. Natürliche geölte oder gewachste MDF oder Bambus Massivholz Kanten zählen nach wie vor zu unseren Stärken. Kunststoff Anleimer werden ausschließlich bei unseren geraden und kantigen Plattenteilen verwendet. Wir möchten jedoch darauf aufmerksam machen, dass wir bereits eine größere Anzahl rechteckiger Tischplatten mit gerundeten Ecken und 3d-Ergocomfot Kante geliefert haben. Die Wertigkeit und Schönheit der CNC profilierten Vital-Office Kanten ist auch bei rechteckigen Tischplatten deutlich spürbar.
New Work 2020 - Worktivity Concept Phase1...
In diesem Artikel stellen wir Ihnen Ideen für ein neues Nach-Covid Bürokonzept vor. Ausgangslage ist, dass in Zukunft voraussichtlich 30-50% von zu Hause im Homeoffice arbeiten. Damit sind die Arbeitsplätze im Büro nur teilweise besetzt, was die Attraktivität des Büros im Betrieb mindert und zu Leistungseinbusen führen kann. Ziel ist es daher die Attraktivität der Büros im Betrieb bei niedriger Belegung zu erhöhen und alternative Kollaborationsbereiche zu schaffen, die gleichzeitig Arbeitsmöglichkeiten für zeitweise Überbelegung im Büro bieten. Im Gegensatz zu den bekannten Besprechungsinseln und Relaxzonen möchten wir mit diesem Konzept aktive Ergonomie in den neuen "3rd places" favorisieren.

Umgesetzt wurde dies in Form von sogenannten Ponys. Fahrbare gepolsterte Hocker in 2 Höhen und 2 verschiedenen Längen. Damit ist es möglich flexible und wandelbare Sitzlandschaften zu gestalten. Der Phantasie sind keine Grenzen gesetzt.
In Bezug auf Videopräsentationen, Telefonate und absolute Ruhe ist, es insbesondere in kleineren Büro, notwendig komplett abgeschirmte Raumeinheiten (Boxen) einzusetzen. Eine rein Schallabsorbierende Akustikmaßnahme im Raum reicht nicht aus, die nötige Ruhe in teilweise offene Kabinen zu bringen. Schallabsorption erhöht die Sprachverständlichkeit, was widerum die Konzentration minimiert. In diesem Planungskonzept wurden daher schallgedämmte Raum in Raum Boxen verplant. Zur Steigerung der Attraktivität der Kollaboration 3rd places wurden ebenfalls 2 Boxen eingeplant.
Der Kunde beabsichtigt ein neues Bürogebäude mit neuer Einrichtung zu möblieren. Dabei soll ein neues Konzept erarbeitet werden, das geeignet ist, den Bürobetrieb unter den, nach Covid19, neuen Bedingungen optimal zu gestalten.
