Available with either wood fiber insulation boards or completely emission-free PET insulation boards, bonded with a decorative vitAcoustic tile panel.

Manufactured to measure, eliminating the need for on-site cutting and ensuring a clean installation process without dust or debris. This also guarantees fast and efficient installation.

Time-saving and easy installation thanks to high dimensional accuracy and material density.

Excellent insulation properties, e.g.: Thermal conductivity nominal value λD (W/mK) 0.038, Design thermal conductivity (W/mK) 0.040, Nominal thermal resistance RD (m²K/W) 1.05.

Installation:

Install directly onto the wall.
Apply adhesive.
Position and align the panel.
Done.

Composite Panels – Example Wall Application:

Wall height 2600 mm = 2 × 1200 mm composite panels + 1 × 200 mm composite panel (base).
Wall width 4000 mm / 600 mm = 7 elements (600 mm each, vertical orientation) = 3 × 1200 mm + 1 × 400 mm.
* End panels are custom-made to size. Cut-outs and special elements are also individually manufactured.

Required materials:
12 × composite panels 1200 x 600 mm (standard)
2 × composite panels 1200 x 380 mm (400 mm – 20 mm joint gap)
3 × composite panels 1200 x 200 mm (base panels)
1 × composite panel 380 x 200 mm (base)
10 × edge trims 1240 x 50 x 9 mm
8 × tubes mounting adhesive

Installation Effort:

Precise measurement before ordering is mandatory.
Approx. 2 installers × 3–4 hours = approx. 8 hours total.
First install the base panels level and properly supported.
Then bond the wall panels.
Finally bond the edge trims.
Done.

The composite panels are simply bonded.
The adhesive provides very high initial tack.
